Shipping & Returns


Battery is shipped from USA, shipping is free, delivery time is about 3-7 working days.

Except battery, all Items are shipped from China. The standard shipping (Registered Air Mail) is free, wherever you are! Please allow two days to process the order, we will send you the tracking number after it is sent. Usually, the delivery date is 9-15 working days, but the delivery date may be vary depending on where you are.

To expedite your order, you can choose UPS or  DHL, which takes about 3-6 business days. If you prefer other epxress company, please contact us firstly.

In the most of cases, there is no import duties, taxes and other charges. However, if any additional charges generated for customs clearance must be borne by customer.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Usually, these additional charges are collected by the delivery company. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

If the shipment is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address (judged by delivery company), you need to bear the postage even if you choose standard shipping. So, please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete.



1. We offer different warranty period for different products. Please kindly find the warranty period on the product page.

2. We offer a replacement or a full refund for the defective product during the warranty period, based on the verification of the defect. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items unless an incorrect item is shipped.

3. If a product is returned to us after it has been in use for over 2 / 3 warranty period, we may, at our discretion, exercise an option to refund a portion of the purchase price proportional to the remainder of the warranty period.

4. NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days only from the receipt date. We reserve the right to charge twenty-five percent (25%) of purchase price as restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns. And the shipping cost will not be refunded, if the origianl shipping you chose is standard (free) shipping, we will also deduct $6 from the purchase price for the shipping cost.

6. Repack in original packaging: Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, or lost shipments.

7. A returned is requested for an order which is shipped through express delivery, under any condition, the express cost will not be refunded.

8. Products must be returned within 15 days after the issuance of the RMA number. Packages received after the 15th day will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
